Required Astt. Manager-Staffing for a company in HR Outsourcing managing HR Process for around 5000 employees on Pan India Basis.
Job Location: Mumbai
Graduate with MBA-HR preferred,
Good communication and Presentation skills.
Presentable with Computer knowledge and having experience of handling HR functions.
Having Laptop & Conveyance is must.
Love to explore new person and discuss to understand scope of working and making good relations with customers.
Presentable and stable candidate can work with adverse situation also.
Desired Profile:
Min. 3-8 yrs experience of Training, Recruitment and Payroll Process.
Should have learnt about marketing & used marketing skills while performing his duties.
Having positive learning attitude and don?t scare of trying new things while working.
Good in building network and sourcing channels for low end hiring of profiles.
Job Responsibilities:
? Lead Generation and pitching right companies for manpower outsourcing.
? Meeting with HR or finance person of companies to understand their process and find opportunities of working together in companies.
? Maintaining good relations with HR & Finance teams and understanding their challenges to provide a solution accordingly.
? Meetings 1-2 companies on daily basis to have sufficient pipeline for achieve our business goals month on month basis..
? Achieving business targets on monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
? Giving Presentations, software demonstration and discussing project details.
? Building network to hire persons on outsourced basis, conduct interviews.
? Coordination with customers for employee?s joinings, induction programme.
? Serve as a link between management, customers and employees.
? Creating MIS reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis
