# - DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE ( No.15)  (Continental / Western / Italian Food knowledge)  - Basic Salary Sr.2,000 - Sr 2,500 + Food Allowance Sr.300  plus free Housing and Medical.  9 Hours duty /6 days a week. Age below 35

# - COOKS COMMI (NO.20 ) (Continental / Western / Italian Food knowledge)  - Basic Salary Sr.1500 + Food Allowance Sr.300  plus free Housing and Medical.  9 Hours duty /6 days a week. Age below 35

# - ASST. COOKS (NO.20)  (Continental / Western / Italian Food knowledge)  - Basic Salary Sr.1200 + Food Allowance Sr.300  plus free Housing and Medical.  9 Hours duty /6 days a week. Age below 35

 # - Captain (NO.10 ) (Hotel Management degree /diploma a must )- Basic Salary  Sr.2,000- Sr.3,000+  TIPS + Food Allowance Sr.300  plus  free Housing and Medical.
