Job Profile:
· Working in revamp area (Brown field of oil and gas).
2. Complying the safety rules and permit procedures of ARAMCO
3. Preparation of risk assessment prior to work.
4. Ensuring the authorization of excavations.
4a. receiving new and existing facilities approved drawing.
5. Conducting safety TBT (tool box talk) with employees to execute daily work
Plan in a safe way.
6. Ensure the underground obstruction and getting work
Approval from Aramco operation supervisor.
7. Evolve in the construction of existing foundation strengthening including new foundation such as compressor, vessels, pipe rack, pipe support, heater, sump pit, main hole, paving, pipe trench, drainage trench, grouting etc.

Position Supervisor - Civil
Competence Requirements:
• Education: B Sc. Engineering, B Tech or BE graduate, Civil
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management for civil works like buildings, structures, road works and concrete works. At least 5 years’ experience in oil and gas construction industry.
• Language ability: Fluent in written and spoken English
Knowledge of spoken Arabic is an advantage.
Job summary:
1. Liaisons with civil subcontractors for preparing work schedule and logistics requirements.
2. Performs job order review on the civil work scope to ensure that resources are available to meet the monthly work program and ensure that subcontractor achieves or better the monthly targets for completion.
3. Assists in job order close out, resolving punch list items on civil works, etc.
4. Work closely in liaison with civil sub-contractors and STS Work Coordinators (DSS Pipeline Coordinator for DSS Pipeline construction) regarding the day-to-day work execution.
5. Establishing the casting yard job layout.
6. Approval of materials in conformity of mix-design of concrete
7. Proper testing and certification of materials for concreting / reinforcing steel
8. Upkeep maintenance and safe custody of molds
9. Drafting of given drawing from consultants.
10. To plan and distribute labors as per priority of works
11. Supervises the execution of civil maintenance activities related to plant equipment including piping insulation, painting, refractory, acid proofing and scaffolding as well as activities related to plant infrastructure and buildings.
12. This includes reviewing and issuing work orders, discussing technical execution problems and liaising with contractors, coordinating work, ensure that materials and services provided meets QVC's specifications and standards, to accept completed work and recommend payments.
13. Supervises the execution of new constructions, extensions, modifications and major civil works in accordance with approved purchase orders or budget. This includes liaising with contractors, site supervision of execution, certification of completion and ensuring control quality, quantity and conformity to schedule and specification.
14. Perform other related duties as required
